Dr Peter Workman BDS

Peter is the Practice Owner and our Clinical Director.

Peter is originally from Scotland and moved to the area in 2000. He has undertaken many courses and has a real passion for dentistry. He enjoys meeting and caring for his patients, continuing his learning journey and teaching us as a team.

In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, spending time with family, friends, and being out on two wheels!

Christy Rush - Practice Manager

Christy qualified as a therapist where the study of anatomy and physiology sparked her interest in the medical field. She has been working in the dental industry for over 10 years.

Christy recognises that anxiety and dental anxiety can be an issue for some. She is a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. If you feel nervous and want to know more, ask Christy to help you manage your fears.

She is upstairs in the office, just ask to say hello!

Dr Michael Davies BDS

Michael is working towards his masters in restorative dentistry. He qualified from Cardiff University in 2015. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and approachable. Michael has a specialist interest in endodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

He has recently become a father and enjoys spending time with his partner & new-born son Henry.

Sebastian Wiley BDS

Originally from Wimbledon, Seb completed his dental training at the University of Plymouth before relocating to Bristol, where he has honed his skills as a dedicated and compassionate dentist.
Seb enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular passion for restorative dentistry and endodontics.
He takes pride in delivering high-quality care and ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident throughout treatment.
Outside of work, Seb enjoys spending time with friends and family, and embraces a balanced approach to both his professional and personal life.

We are thrilled to have him on board as part of the Affinity Dental Care team.

Lakshmi Badada BDS

- Lakshmi qualified as a dentist in India and achieved her Licentiate in Dental Surgery (LDS) from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, in 2019. She has a strong foundation in general dentistry and a particular passion for prosthodontics, bringing a well-rounded skill set to our practice.
- Known for her excellent communication skills, Lakshmi takes pride in creating a calm, positive environment for her patients. She is dedicated to reducing stress and making every dental visit a reassuring experience. Her patient-centred approach ensures that everyone leaves the chair feeling confident and cared for.
  Outside of dentistry, Lakshmi enjoys a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. She loves spending quality time with loved ones, immersing herself in music, cooking delicious meals, and nurturing her garden. A firm believer in holistic well-being, she practices yoga and meditation to stay grounded and energised.
- Lakshmi is excited to bring her expertise and compassion to the Affinity practice, where every smile is a step towards a brighter world.

Catherine Mancey - Hygiene Therapist

Catherine joined Affinity in 2023 and is working on her portfolio.
Catherine is a hygiene therapist, meaning in her scope of practice she can take impressions and do filling.
Don’t be surprised if your dentist refers to Catherine to do a filling for you. You can ask her more details when you see her.

Helen Pritchard - Hygienist

Helen joined Affinity Dental Care & Implant Centre in 2012. She graduated from Cardiff University in 2009 and worked full time in her home county of Cumbria before moving to Gloucestershire and joining Affinity.

Helen is a dedicated member of our team who is committed to helping our patients improve and maintain their oral health in a caring and gentle manor.

Outside of work she enjoys running, keeping fit, and cooking. Helen is also a keen biker.

Leanne Hobbs - Hygienist

Leanne Hobbs, our dedicated hygienist since 2019. She quickly became an integral part of Affinity Dental with her top notch care and remarkable skills.
Amidst the challenges of lockdown she embraced motherhood now cherishing her role as a mother to two wonderful boys.
Patients enjoy her gentle approach which eases the most apprehensive of patients.
Leanne’s commitment to patient comfort and exceptional dental care defines her as both a hygienist and as a cherished member of our team.

Lillie Wilkinson - Dental Nurse

Lillie joined Affinity in 2021. She has been nursing for several years and loves everything about dentistry. Lillie is continually learning new things and is looking forward to supporting our patients chair side.

She love a good chat & laughter. In her spare time Lillie enjoys socializing, watching films, and relaxing with family and the cat!

Victoria Young - Dental Nurse

Tori joined Affinity Dental Care & Implant Centre in 2021. She has been in the dental profession for over 10 years. She recently completed her sedation training to expand her knowledge. Tori is eager to learn and keep up with the latest technology.

In her free time, she loves to explore the countryside on her new Honda motorcycle. She is also enjoys going on long walks with her Partner and her dog called Bolt.

Anthony Dando - Dental Nurse

Anthony has been in the dental industry for over 10 years.

He comes with a wealth of knowledge. As well as nursing, he is also a dental technician.

He is eager to learn more and is very excited to be part of our team.

In his spare time Anthony likes to play sports, socialise and go shopping to buy nice trainers. Just ask him about his collection of shoes.

Emily Hunt - Dental Nurse

Welcome Back, Shannon! Shannon first joined Affinity in 2019, quickly becoming a valued member of the team.
After some time with us, she ventured into new opportunities, gaining significant experience in
compliance, a skillset that adds immense value to our work.
Her deep understanding of our values, combined with the expertise she’s gained and her fresh perspective, makes her an
even greater asset to the Affinity team.
We’re excited to see the incredible contributions she’ll bring as she settles back into the Affinity family.

Lily Meredith - Patient Care Coordinator

Lily brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant energy to the Affinity team. Previously, she managed the office operations at a transport company, where she handled daily logistics, communicated with parents, and expertly resolved issues with drivers. Her knack for organisation and her friendly demeanour made her a cornerstone of the company.
Lily also has experience working at Badham Pharmacy,
where her customer service skills and attention to detail shone through. Her interest in healthcare, particularly dentistry, has fuelled her curiosity and passion for learning, with aspirations to explore nursing in the future.
Since joining us, Lily has proven to be an invaluable addition to our team. Her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to excellence have already made a positive impact on both colleagues and patients.

Anya Bassetth - Patient Care Coordinator

Anya joins us with a strong background in customer service, honed during her time at Marks & Spencer, where she was also a dedicated first aider.
With a keen interest in dentistry, Anya is embracing her new career as a Patient Care Coordinator with enthusiasm and dedication. She is thoroughly enjoying learning about the patient journey and is committed to ensuring every individual feels valued and supported.
