Our team is full of friendly, approachable and highly skilled receptionists, hygienists, dental nurses, dentists and orthodontists.

Dr Peter Workman BDS

Peter is the Practice Owner and our Clinical Director.

Peter is originally from Scotland and moved to the area in 2000. He has undertaken many courses and has a real passion for dentistry. He enjoys meeting and caring for his patients, continuing his learning journey and teaching us as a team.

In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, spending time with family, friends, and being out on two wheels!

Christy Rush - Practice Manager

Christy qualified as a therapist where the study of anatomy and physiology sparked her interest in the medical field. She has been working in the dental industry for over 10 years.

Christy recognises that anxiety and dental anxiety can be an issue for some. She is a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. If you feel nervous and want to know more, ask Christy to help you manage your fears.

She is upstairs in the office, just ask to say hello!

Dr Michael Davies BDS

Michael is working towards his masters in restorative dentistry. He qualified from Cardiff University in 2015. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and approachable. Michael has a specialist interest in endodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

He has recently become a father and enjoys spending time with his partner & new-born son Henry.

Dr Mike Daldry BDS

Mike Daldry is a dedicated and qualified dentist with a passion for delivering comprehensive oral care. His journey into dentistry began with a period of shadowing under the guidance of our very own Peter Workman, whose expertise left an indelible mark on Mike’s professional aspirations.
Mike’s professional experience extends beyond traditional dental settings. He has actively contributed to the Maxillofacial field by working in hospitals, where he has been involved in many surgical cases. This exposure has not only broadened his
expertise but has instilled in him a holistic approach to patient care.

Tracey Mahon - Hygienist

Tracey has been in the dental profession for over 10 years. She is fascinated by dentistry and all it has to offer.

Qualifying in Dental Hygiene from Cardiff University in 2017 she has continued her education and will soon be offering other treatments.

In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, taking her children and dogs out to explore the Forest of Dean and all it has to offer.

Catherine Mancey - Hygiene Therapist

Catherine joined Affinity in 2023 and is working on her portfolio.
Catherine is a hygiene therapist, meaning in her scope of practice she can take impressions and do filling.
Don’t be surprised if your dentist refers to Catherine to do a filling for you. You can ask her more details when you see her.

Helen Pritchard - Hygienist

Hygienist

Helen joined Affinity Dental Care & Implant Centre in 2012. She graduated from Cardiff University in 2009 and worked full time in her home county of Cumbria before moving to Gloucestershire and joining Affinity.

Helen is a dedicated member of our team who is committed to helping our patients improve and maintain their oral health in a caring and gentle manor.

Outside of work she enjoys running, keeping fit, and cooking. Helen is also a keen biker.

Lillie Wilkinson - Dental Nurse

Lillie joined Affinity in 2021. She has been nursing for several years and loves everything about dentistry. Lillie is continually learning new things and is looking forward to supporting our patients chair side.

She love a good chat & laughter. In her spare time Lillie enjoys socializing, watching films, and relaxing with family and the cat!

Victoria Young - Dental Nurse

Tori joined Affinity Dental Care & Implant Centre in 2021. She has been in the dental profession for over 10 years. She recently completed her sedation training to expand her knowledge. Tori is eager to learn and keep up with the latest technology.

In her free time, she loves to explore the countryside on her new Honda motorcycle. She is also enjoys going on long walks with her Partner and her dog called Bolt.

Anthony Dando - Dental Nurse

Anthony has been in the dental industry for over 10 years.

He comes with a wealth of knowledge. As well as nursing, he is also a dental technician.

He is eager to learn more and is very excited to be part of our team.

In his spare time Anthony likes to play sports, socialise and go shopping to buy nice trainers. Just ask him about his collection of shoes.

Emily Hunt - Dental Nurse

Emily is enjoying learning all the different aspects of dentistry and loving her new career as a dental nurse. She loves to see the transformation in people and helping them to achieve the best version of themselves. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, socialising and spending time with her family and friends.

Apryle Newbury - Dental Receptionist

Apryle Newbury is a dedicated dental receptionist with six years of experience in the dental industry. Her journey in this field has been filled with varied experiences, which have equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her role.
She finds joy in the dynamic nature of her work, where no two days are alike, and takes pride in ensuring that patients receive the best possible journey through their treatment.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Apryle values the importance of maintaining strong relationships with her friends and family. She enjoys socializing with her friends, spending quality time with her loved ones, and indulging in the comfort of a good book when seeking relaxation.
With her commitment to excellence and her warm, friendly demeanour, Apryle plays an integral role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients at the dental practice.

Emily Collinson  - Dental Nurse

Emily has been in the dental industry for over 7 years. She has worked in NHS and Private.
She has travelled the world dental nursing. Originally from Birmingham Emily attended Stratford Upon Avon College before being inspired to become a dental nurse. She then jetted off to Australia as a qualified dental nurse, travelling and working.
She has an interest in Oral Surgery, orthodontics and dental implants.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family, friends, traveling, keeping fit. She is now settled in Gloucester with her Partner.
