  • Peter is the Clinical Director and our Principal Dentist. 
  • Peter is originally from Scotland and moved to the area in 2000. He has undertaken many courses and has a real passion for dentistry. He enjoys meeting and caring for his patients, continuing his learning journey and teaching us as a team.
  • In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, spending time with family, friends, and being out on two wheels!

  • Christy qualified as a therapist where the study of anatomy and physiology sparked her interest in the medical field. She has been working in the dental industry for over 10 years.
  • Christy recognises that anxiety and dental anxiety can be an issue for some. She is a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. If you feel nervous and want to know more, ask Christy to help you manage your fears.

      • Victoria qualified from Peninsula Dental School and completed her foundation training in general dental practice in Dorset. Since then, she has undertaken different hospital posts in Cardiff and Gloucester, gaining experience across a range of specialties including oral surgery, oral medicine, maxillofacial surgery, and restorative dentistry.
      • During this time, she has developed her surgical skills and successfully completed her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery post-graduate exams.
      • Victoria enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits. For those who feel a little more nervous, she’s happy to discuss the option of intravenous sedation, as she is SAAD sedation qualified.
      • Outside of dentistry, Victoria enjoys keeping active, whether that’s hiking, cycling, running, or climbing. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

      • Mike Daldry is a dedicated and qualified dentist with a passion for delivering comprehensive oral care. His journey into dentistry began with a period of shadowing under the guidance of our very own Peter Workman, whose expertise left an indelible mark on Mike’;s professional aspirations.
      • Having completed his dental qualifications, Mike has seamlessly transitioned into the role of a qualified dentist. Not content to rest on his laurels, he has embarked on a dual qualification journey. This pursuit involves obtaining a degree in medicine, which he currently continues to study, adding another layer to his already impressive skill set.
      • Mike’s professional experience extends beyond traditional dental settings. He has actively contributed to the Maxillofacial field by working in hospitals, where he has been involved in many surgical cases. This exposure has not only broadened his expertise but has instilled in him a holistic approach to patient care.
      • Between his rigorous studies and hospital commitments, Mike has also engaged in locum dentistry. This hands-on experience in various dental settings has fortified his adaptability and honed his ability to provide quality care under diverse circumstances.
      • One of Mike’s standout qualities is his balance of knowledge and humility. Despite his wealth of knowledge, he remains humble and approachable. He is not afraid to seek guidance and is committed to continuous learning, recognising the value of collaboration and ongoing professional development.

      • Tim qualified in Dentistry from the University of Bristol in 2006, where he developed a strong interest in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine. After two years in general practice, he moved into hospital roles as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, beginning a career focused on surgical care.

      • He has since gained the MJDF, MFDS and MRCS qualifications, alongside completing a medical degree and further hospital training in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine. During this time, he also spent time in East Africa, earning a Diploma in Tropical Medicine from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.

      • Tim now works predominantly as a Specialty Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and brings extensive medical and surgical experience to his role. He has particular interests in temporomandibular disorders (TMD), orofacial pain and complex dentoalveolar surgery, and is currently undertaking further training in intravenous sedation and dental implantology.

      • Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons, and is a keen guitarist, artist and cook.

    • Lily brings a wealth of experience and a vibrant energy to the Affinity team. Previously, she managed the office operations at a transport company, where she handled daily logistics, communicated with parents, and expertly resolved issues with drivers. Her knack for organisation and her friendly demeanour made her a cornerstone of the company.
    • Lily also has experience working at Badham Pharmacy,
      where her customer service skills and attention to detail shone through. Her interest in healthcare, particularly dentistry, has fuelled her curiosity and passion for learning, with aspirations to explore nursing in the future.
    • Since joining us, Lily has proven to be an invaluable addition to our team. Her professionalism, warmth, and commitment to excellence have already made a positive impact on both colleagues and patients.

    • Anya joined Affinity in 2024 after gaining her strong customer service skills during her time at M&S, where she was also a dedicated first aider.
    • She is constantly embracing her job as a patient care coordinator as she values the relationships she creates with patients and making sure every patient feels heard and supported throughout their dental journey.
    • In her spare time, she likes to go on many adventures with her partner and their dog Honey. If shes not on an adventure, you will find her treasuring time with her loved ones.

    • Laura recently joined Affinity Dental Care as a Patient Co-ordinator and is enjoying the opportunity to learn new skills and be part of a welcoming team.
    • Prior to this, she gained valuable experience working in both hospital and community pharmacy settings.
    • Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and exploring new walks with her dog.
