Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

Refer a Friend at Affinity Dental Care is open to all existing patients who would like to recommend our practice to a new patient aged 18 or over. We welcome referrals from existing patients, however the person being referred must be completely new to the practice to qualify.


To make sure we can correctly apply the offer, the new patient must mention the referrer’s full name when booking their appointment. This allows us to link the referral accurately to the existing patient’s record without delay. We issue the reward to the referring patient only after the new patient attends their New Patient Examination or consultation. We do not issue rewards if the appointment is missed or cancelled, as attendance is required for eligibility.


Rewards may be provided as either practice account credit or vouchers, depending on the current promotion. We don’t allow rewards to be transferred to another person, and we do not offer cash alternatives under any circumstances. Practice account credit can only be used towards future treatment at Affinity Dental Care. It cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers or exchanged for cash.


Patients can make as many referrals as they wish, and there is no limit to participation. However, we only issue rewards for referrals that result in a completed appointment, as this confirms a genuine attendance and qualifying visit.


This offer cannot be used alongside any other promotion unless we clearly state otherwise. Affinity Dental Care may also update, change, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice if required.
